The Food Safety Act of 2013 is the primary legislation governing these regulations, providing a comprehensive framework for the implementation of farm-to-fork safety regulatory systems. This law guarantees a high level of food safety, promotes fair trade, and enhances the global competitiveness of Filipino food and food products.
